DK Asia is moving forward with Royal Park City, a 17,000-home development in the Geomdan area of Incheon, in partnership with Hana Bank. According to The Korea Economic Daily, the two companies signed a strategic financial agreement at the Royal Park City Future Housing Exhibition Hall in Incheon. The project is framed as a finance-and-housing mixed city modeled on Spain’s Santander City. Santander City was described as a 1.5 million-square-meter self-sufficient city combining Santander Bank’s headquarters, data center, education facilities and living infrastructure.
