Seocho Kolon Sporex Site Set for 189m Inverted-Triangle Landmark

A 189-meter landmark building with an inverted-triangle design is planned for the Kolon Sporex site at 132 Seocho-dong, Seocho District, Seoul. The Seoul Metropolitan Government discussed the urban and architectural plan for the site at the 8th Joint Urban and Architecture Committee meeting held on May 13. The core of the plan is to create a high-rise building with a distinctive inverted-triangle exterior on the former Kolon Sporex land. Its proposed height is 189 meters, drawing attention as a potential symbolic structure in the area.
