Dusan We’ve Triniview Gumyeong Station Opens Model Home With Busan Childcare Housing Plan

Dusan Engineering & Construction opened the model home for ‘Dusan We’ve Triniview Gumyeong Station’ on May 15 in Gupo-dong, Buk-gu, Busan. The complex applies Busan’s housing support policy, the ‘I-Mom Busan Plan,’ and visitors in their 30s and 40s continued checking eligibility and conditions at the site. The plan deducts 5% of the sale price from the final payment for first-time contractors among special-supply winners from multi-child households and newlywed couples. Of 288 general-sale units, 210 units, or about 73%, are eligible for the benefit. Financing support includes a fixed 10 million won contract deposit and interest-free intermediate payments.
