Record Apartment Deals in Yeongnam Put Daegu, Gumi and Ulsan Back in Focus

Apartment markets in Yeongnam cities including Daegu, Gumi and Ulsan are drawing attention as record-high transactions continue in areas that had faced heavy unsold-inventory pressure. An 84㎡ unit at Hillstate Beomeo in Beomeo-dong, Suseong-gu, Daegu, was contracted at 1.78 billion won, setting a new record price. Unsold inventory has also declined. Compared with the end of 2023, the number of unsold units as of February this year fell by 4,818 in Daegu, 1,077 in Gumi and 1,411 in Pohang.
