Sinbanpo 19·25 Reconstruction Bid: POSCO E&C Bets on Hauterre in Banpo

POSCO E&C is competing to be selected as contractor for the integrated reconstruction of Sinbanpo 19·25 in Jamwon-dong, Seocho-gu, Seoul, putting its high-end residential brand Hauterre at the center of the bid. The project is planned as seven buildings with four basement levels and up to 49 floors above ground, totaling 614 homes. POSCO E&C has designated Sinbanpo 19·25 as a core strategic site and pursued design cooperation with the Dutch firm UNStudio. It later proposed zero member contribution, Han River views for all association-member households and early financial support of KRW 200 million per household.
