Seocho-ro Kolon Site Set for 189m Inverted-Triangle Landmark After Seoul Plan Change
Published: · Source: mk.co.kr

The Seoul Metropolitan Government passed a change to the detailed development plan for the Kolon Sporex site on Seocho-ro through the 8th Joint Urban and Architecture Committee review. Under the plan, a 189m-tall landmark building featuring an inverted-triangle design is set to be built on the site in Seocho-gu. The key point is an adjustment to the Seocho-ro development plan that enables a symbolic high-rise building on the former Kolon Sporex site. With the review completed, Seoul has moved the project one step forward procedurally, and the plan is expected to affect the urban landscape along Seocho-ro. Source: mk.co.kr
