Seocho-ro Kolon Site Set for 189m Inverted-Triangle Landmark After Seoul Plan Change

The Seoul Metropolitan Government passed a change to the detailed development plan for the Kolon Sporex site on Seocho-ro through the 8th Joint Urban and Architecture Committee review. Under the plan, a 189m-tall landmark building featuring an inverted-triangle design is set to be built on the site in Seocho-gu. The key point is an adjustment to the Seocho-ro development plan that enables a symbolic high-rise building on the former Kolon Sporex site.
