Changwon Metrocity Jasan Desian First-Priority Subscription Closes at 14.12-to-1 Average

Taeyoung Engineering & Construction’s ‘Metrocity Jasan Desian,’ supplied in Jasan-dong, Masanhappo-gu, Changwon, South Gyeongsang Province, closed all housing types in its first-priority subscription held on May 12. According to the Korea Real Estate Board’s Cheongyak Home, 4,787 applications were filed for 339 units, excluding special supply, producing an average competition ratio of 14.12 to 1. The highest ratio came from the exclusive 84㎡A type, where 735 applications were received for 12 units, or 61.25 to 1. The complex is being supplied through the Jasan District housing redevelopment project and will have 12 buildings from two basement floors to 33 floors above ground, totaling 1,250 households.
