Tesla FSD Demonstrates Smooth Driving on Seoul’s Crowded Yeonmujang-gil

At 3:30 p.m. on May 13, Tesla demonstrated its supervised Full Self-Driving system on Yeonmujang-gil in Seongsu-dong, Seongdong-gu, Seoul. The street, lined with flagship stores and packed with hundreds of pedestrians, is narrow enough that only two vehicles can barely pass. During the drive, pedestrians entering an intersection, a stopped truck, taxis and delivery motorcycles created constant variables. Using visual information from eight cameras, the vehicle slowed to yield when a parked truck signaled and changed lanes to avoid a taxi that stopped suddenly.
