POSCO E&C Opens Shinbanpo 19·25 Hall, Offers Zero-Contribution Consultations

POSCO E&C will run a promotion hall for the Shinbanpo 19·25 reconstruction project from May 14 to 29 on the fifth floor of Won Neung Plaza in Jamwon-dong, Seocho-gu, Seoul. The space is designed to brief association members on the design, project plan and future residential value of “The Banpo Hauterre.” Large-scale models and view simulations allow visitors to review the site layout and Han River view plan. POSCO E&C will also explain its 021, or Zero to One, project, the zero-contribution structure, financing terms and estimated contribution changes when moving unit sizes.
