The Seoul Metropolitan Government has confirmed Moa Town management plans for three aging low-rise residential areas in Gwangjin and Jungnang districts. With the review passed, the areas will move ahead with the supply of 4,042 new housing units while also improving the residential environment. Moa Town is a small-scale redevelopment model that groups aging residential blocks together and focuses on upgrading infrastructure and daily living conditions in low-rise neighborhoods. Through the Gwangjin and Jungnang projects, Seoul plans to expand housing supply while adding elements of local coexistence.
