Daechi Seonkyung Set for 49 Floors and 1,571 Homes as Seoul Reviews Clear

Daechi Seonkyung in Daechi-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, a leading reconstruction complex in the area, has passed review by the Seoul Urban Planning Committee and will be transformed into a complex of up to 49 floors and 1,571 households. According to the original report, Daechi Seonkyung is mentioned as one of Daechi-dong’s key “Wooseonmi” complexes. In the same review flow, Shinbanpo 7th and Ichon District 1 also passed plans for reconstruction up to 49 floors, while Sanggye Hanshin 3rd in Nowon-gu was confirmed for development up to 35 floors.
